•What new ones would you/could you create if needed?

•What’s hardest about this job? If they fail, what’s the most likely reason?

•Imagine this hire is wildly successful in 6 months, a real star. You are explaining to a colleague why. What is the HARD EVIDENCE you would point to? Do same with bad hire!

•If you’re struggling to put numbers to it, can you at least get to something binary—“yes they did it/no they didn’t”? If so, that’s a result!
