Matthew Walsh is an executive coach, advisor, and Harvard Law School graduate who helps high-growth companies build world-class hiring and interviewing practices. As an advisor to Burton Advisors, he works closely with leadership teams to improve their ability to identify, evaluate, and select top talent through structured, effective interview processes.

Prior to his advisory work, Matt spent four years at Palantir Technologies, where he led major enterprise deployments across New York, London, and Singapore. While at Palantir, he also helped lead internal efforts around recruiting excellence and served as one of the company’s top interview trainers. Before transitioning to tech and talent strategy, Matt earned his JD with honors from Harvard Law School and began his career as a corporate attorney.

He brings a sharp analytical lens and a deep passion for teaching to everything he does—especially in helping companies make better hiring decisions.
