Matthew Walsh is an executive assessor, coach and leadership team trainer. In his 7 years as an Advisor at Burton Advisors, he has worked closely with private equity investors, corporate boards and management teams to help them make great hiring and leadership development decisions. He also serves as Cofounder at Talgo (www.talgo.io), where he helps high growth companies and their investors build world-class skills in hiring and interviewing.

Prior to his work with Burton Advisors and Talgo, Matt spent four years at Palantir Technologies, where he led major enterprise deployments across New York, London, and Singapore. While at Palantir, he also helped lead internal efforts around recruiting excellence and served as one of the company’s top interview trainers. Before transitioning to tech and talent strategy, Matt earned his JD with honors from Harvard Law School and began his career as a corporate attorney.

He brings a sharp analytical lens and a deep passion for teaching to everything he does—especially in helping companies make better hiring decisions.
